In this episode, Kyle and Selina share stories and lessons for the sporadic season of pregnancy and how couples can grow and stay connected through it all!

When a couple experiences a pregnancy, every rule, expectation, and assumption will go out the window! It is by far one of the most sporadic seasons of your relationship! But one thing is certain, how you handle your relationship and how well you care for each other as you prepare for the next season, will set the foundation for everything thereafter.

We were blessed to experience four pregnancies throughout our marriage and from them, we gained quite a few lessons and tips that can help couples grow and develop their relationship while going through a season of pregnancy.

In this episode of Love By Faith, Kyle and Selina express the key to getting through the tough transitions as they share personal stories of buying a home, renovating, and trying to get pregnant. 

Last week, Kyle recalled his blurred state as he dealt with the grief and loss of his mother. However, the hard seasons had only just begun. Amid it all, there was a race to buy the perfect home, the delay in renovating said home, and to top it all off, their family planning season was wrecked by the mounting stress. 

Every couple is going to face hard seasons. However, if you're focused on the right things, and stay aligned with the will of God, then you just might come out of those tough transitions better than we did. In this episode, Kyle & Selina Almodovar share their most current experience of getting out of a season of grief & loss and how couples can build a strong foundation, even during the hard seasons.

After a two-week break to mourn the loss of Kyle's father, Kyle and Selina start off the newest topic of their 2024 FOUNDATION series, which just so happens to be about the HARD SEASONS. Having just gone through this themselves, it's only fitting that they open up with a frank and vulnerable discussion on loss, grief, and how couples can maintain their relationship when going through those particular hard seasons.

We're back! The not-so-lucky part of our story when it comes to loss and grief is that Kyle lost both of his parents while we were married. Join us in this episode as we walk through each season of loss and how we overcame a season of grieving a parent not once, but twice. There were some major revelations, lessons, similarities, and contrasts to each season and we hope it encourages and inspires any couple listening to love by faith through this hard season.
