Lauren Walker has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997 and created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the country. She is frequently quoted and cited as an expert in Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, and Yoga Digest, and a feature article about her yoga work was published in The New York Times. Her two previous books, The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription (2017) and Energy Medicine Yoga: Amplify the Healing Power of Your Yoga Practice (2014), both won the Nautilus Silver Award for Best Mind/Body publication. In 2016, she was named one of the top 100 most influential yoga teachers in America.
Dr Erica Elliott, MD, is a Medical Doctor in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with patients from across the country. She has lived in many different countries while growing up. Her adult life began as a school teacher on the Navajo Reservation in the early 1970s, she later became a Peace Corps volunteer in South America working as a bilingual educator, then went on to become a high-altitude mountain climber in the Andes, Outward Bound Instructor in the Colorado Rockies, and then a medical doctor in New Mexico. She helped found a co-housing community in Santa Fe, called The Commons, where she raised her son. Erica’s life has been a mythic journey of wonderment and life-changing experiences—including two major medical disasters—which ultimately led her to find her life purpose of service to those who are suffering. She is the author of Medicine and Miracles in the High Desert.

Claire Gallagher, MAc, MScN, CSCS, is a post-wellness ally, anti-diet nutritionist, intuitive movement counselor, and medical astrologer. She holds master’s degrees in acupuncture and nutrition and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Claire uses astrology as a tool for deepening personal authority, self-compassion, and body trust. He has been a Visiting Professor of Law at Columbia, Fordham, NYU, Hofstra, and New York Law School. Professor Maillard has written articles for The Atlantic, The Week, Essence, and has appeared on MSNBC, ABC News, Al Jazeera America, NPR, and the Katie Couric Show. He is also the author of a children’s picture book, FRY BREAD, from Roaring Brook/Macmillan. Originally from Oklahoma, he is a member of the Seminole Nation, Mekusukey Band.
