The Resilience Movement

Love deeply without Judgement

Listen Later

When you love deeply without judgement you know you have reached a level of resilience that you can still have an open heart even when you experience pain and fear.

In this podcast I talk very openly and vulnerably about my Sons journey with drugs and crime. I share my experience when I visited the prison and was able to keep loving my Son deeply without judging his actions.

Whilst he will have major consequences for his actions I do not have to be crippled with Fear and Sadness. learning how to let guilt go as I used to hold guilt for things that I had no control over.

This episode is for anyone who is dealing with a Son, Daughter, Sibling or Parents who are facing significant consequences for their actions, Jail, rehab or court system addiction.
