Today I speak with author, healer and lecturer Dave Markowitz. Dave has shared the lecture bill with Deepak Chopra, and Gary Null among others, where he largely focuses on Empaths, highly sensitive people and anyone who's dealing with past/present traumas. We speak on what empathy is, how to view aspects of ourselves as a gift rather than a burden, embracing our shadow, love, and preparing ourselves to take the hard, but powerful step to self healing and growth.
