To kickoff the new year, I sat down with Sion Meirion (@sionmeirion), host of the Sober Gay Podcast (@sobergaypodcast) and TikTok sensation (@thesobergay_).

Sion spoke about his experience going from being a regular drinker and wanting to make a change, at first only for 100 days but what has now become a totally new way of living, alcohol-free.
