Just for fun … in our CalvaryFTL/Ethos Leadership class we were asked to record a short video on the Parable of the Good Samaritan. My random audience is children/youth.

Jesus tells the story of the Good Samaritan ... when he was asked a question by a lawyer who was trying to trick him… "Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?" Jesus responded to the Lawyer ... "What is written in the law? What is your reading or interpretation of it? Jesus answers the lawyers trick question with a question.

And we have one of the greatest quotes in history... the lawyer quotes Duet 6:5 in Matt 10:27 "You shall love the Lord your God with ALL your HEART, with ALL your SOUL, with ALL your STRENGTH, and with ALL your MIND ... and your NEIGHBOR as YOURSELF."

Without God this is IMPOSSIBLE... but with GOD all things are POSSIBLE. We need to PRAY and ask God to give us the ability to LOVE Him as described in this verse and the ability to love others. We are to LOVE God with ALL our HEART, SOUL, MIND & STRENGTH ... and LOVE others as MUCH as WE LOVE OURSELVES. May they know we are HIS disciples by our LOVE!

God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you. Will you put your trust in Him? Seek Him. Trust Him. He has an amazing plan for your life.
