But later, hindi na siya katamaran eh. Underlying medical and mental issue na siya for me so I had to go and seek professional help. But for those who feel like they’re tired, burnout and is confused if they’re just lazy or what, we'll talk about 5 signs to determine if what you're feeling is burnout.
