With two young sons, Justin Stuart has learned that showing up for your family and more importantly showing love for them is more than just talking about it and even saying it. It's the action behind the love that shows our family and friends our true intentions and love for them. Justin also talks about helping our kids learn to do things rather than doing everything for them.  As an avid listener of the podcast himself, he also talks about the podcast guests that have impacted him to be a more intentional father and checked-in husband.
