So lovable!

Sophie Grant goes on adventures all the time since she owns a bookstore. She loves reading and prefers to experience life within the pages of books than in the real world. She heads off the Colorado Rockies due to a promise to a friend but this city girl knows nothing about hiking. Jonas Hansen is a tour guide whoâs also a wildlife photographer whoâs lost his love for photography. Heâs a wounded character and it takes an understanding woman, a big snow storm, a little accident and his adorable dog to bring him back to life.

For Jonas and Sophie, itâs love at first sight. Their romance is believable, despite that it happened so fast, and I enjoyed watching Sophie break out of the protective little cage she created for herself and to finally live her life.

Sharonâs writing style flowed smoothly and kept me entertained. I didnât want the story to end.

Nice

This is a lovely short story that will bring a smile. Sophie has me laughing from the outset â I canât imagine a character less suited to an adventure outing in the Rockies! With Sophie, Sharon Kleve creates and funny and likable character, while with Jonas we have a yummy male lead who will (hopefully!) save Sophie from herself. There is, perhaps, too much unneeded information packed into too small a story (elephants and cranky co-hikers come to mind), but all that can be safely tucked away, as you enjoy the pleasant scenery and refreshing mountain air.

Another great read from Sharon Kleve

Here we have Sophie who goes to Colorado to honor a friend's request to have an adventure... and boy does she! She arrives early to the hiking and camping place to check things out and meets one of her guides, world renowned wildlife photographer Jonas Hansen and Rex the dog. There is an instant attraction between the two and they decide to spend some time together. During her trip, she reminds him of his love of photography. I enjoyed seeing the two share things and become closer... a little accident, a snowstorm and a wonderful dog make this an entertaining short story. Loved seeing her characters come to life!

cute fast little read

If you're looking for romance and a little adventure this book will get you both. It's a really cute and fast little read. Actually my biggest complaint about it and the reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is becuSe it went by too quickly. I feel like the book could have been expanded and things could have happened slower so I could enjoy it longer! The writing is excellent though. Would definitely try more by this author
