You have to listen to this. Gabby's story is inspirational, motivating and filed with so much hope. She opens about the difficulties in first marriage, her health challenges (including a double lung transplant) to now just newly married again, living the life she knew she was destined to have. Her courage will inspire you to take action on your own struggles and turn them into fuel to live with more intention and purpose.
When Gabby asked me to interview her for her event, I was honoured. Of course! This conversation was honest and beautiful.
This interview is being used for the kick off of her online event titled 'The Fearless Woman'. This podcast style virtual event features 25+ speakers all focusing on different topics surrounding divorce, unhealthy relationships and co-parenting. I invite you to register below.

Money is such an important topic to talk about because an investment in knowledge pays the best interest you can ever imagine. The limiting beliefs around the world have blinded many of us from the truth. You are where you are today not because you don’t spend money, but because you listened to the wrong information about money, and that’s not your fault but the people you listened to were not just well informed as you are. I'm joined by Money Mindset Coach, Isabel Morales and she openly discusses her own limiting beliefs that held her back for so long.
She shares tips, and the exact method she has been using for years to attract abundance in her life.

If you are married or in a long term relationship - I want you to think about your meals together - specifically dinners.
If you are dating, I want you to think about your dining out dates.
What comes to mind? Is it a conversation that ends in an argument? Is it a conversation that ends in a mutual solution? Is it avoided? Is the time together intentional? Do you spend most of it on your phones? When you are trying to pick somewhere to eat, what are you focusing on?
If you focus more on the food than on the outcome of the time together - you’re doing it wrong. It should never be about the food.

I have been in relationships where we don't talk about anything to avoid confrontation and to avoid hurting the other person's feelings and I have been on the other end where we are yelling at each other. In previous episodes, I shared how I grew up in a yelling house and I tried to avoid repeating those patterns but then the universe has a funny way of giving you what you need to learn a lesson.
We need to be more aware of the words we are saying, how we are projecting it and how its being received.
What are we actually fighting for? Or rather, what are we really fighting about?

Kara and I met in our business coaching group months ago, and when I heard what she does and what she focuses on, I had to know more and dive a bit deeper. She is a mother of two young boys, wife, lawyer, business owner and podcast host of the Business Mamas Podcast. She focuses on steering away from always being on 'hustle mode' and is intentional about her self care rituals to become a better version of herself. At 40, she is living more of a present life and learning to say no when it doesn't feel right in her heart.
