Some days you have to declare and decree the kind of day you want to have.

It is your right to choose how you perceive your day to be-- if it is a challenging day you can work to encourage yourself.

Talk yourself into feeling good about the day even though the brings its challenges.

Try to take 30 seconds to laugh about something.

And give God a great big thank you for allowing you the opportunity to experience Him and His peace.
