Summer was really important for me to take some time - to really reflect and refocus. It feels like I’ve spent the last 38 years of my life on the go and so in the seasons of growth and transition, I felt it was SO important to peel back as many layers as I could, to find the grassroots. And in that, hope to find a deeper purpose and clear guidance for direction.

Here’s the thing - I feel like so many people may say they need “time off” or time to reflect… but what are you doing with that time? So in the spirit of the season 3 launch… in a TRUE new season, I want to share with you what I did to reflect and refresh for the coming new season of my life.

So today I share my heart with you and also take my own advice to create a reality I don’t need to escape from.

As we wrap up season 2 and the first half of the year, I’m gonna take my own advice. I’m going to take some time off, and enjoy the summer with my Dad. I’m going to listen to my heart and I'll spend time with you when my heart is ready again. Until next time, I empower you to continue to love what you do, lead by example and excel at it all.
