How often do you choose yourself—until choosing yourself makes someone else uncomfortable?
In Episode 5 of Love, Lies & Bullsh!t, we're talking about one of the quieter ways we can betray ourselves: abandoning our own needs, feelings, boundaries and truth just to keep other people happy, comfortable or around.
We say yes when we mean no.
We silence ourselves to avoid conflict.
We accept things we know don't feel right.
We make ourselves smaller so someone else doesn't have to make room.
And sometimes, we don't even realise we're doing it.
But self-love isn't just about affirmations and feeling good about yourself. Sometimes it's the very uncomfortable decision to stop leaving yourself behind.
This episode is an invitation to ask:
Where have I been choosing everyone else at the expense of me?
And what would happen if I started choosing myself—not selfishly, not cruelly, but honestly?
Towards the end of the episode, I also share a little invitation for anyone who wants to take this work further: a 21-Day Affirmation Exercise, personally tailored to you and the areas of your life you're intentionally working on.

Because sometimes self-love begins with one very simple decision:
I'm not abandoning me anymore.
