Despite this, she had a successful career in the corporate and charity world, until everything collapsed for her when she became seriously and chronically ill. Her recovery led to her becoming a healer and mentor, and now she uses the same tools she used to recover and create an amazing life to empower others to do the same. Part of her recovery centred round her voice, and her chronic shyness. Fiona says: “It takes up a lot of energy to keep what we know buried inside of ourselves.” Fiona now enjoys travelling the world facilitating classes that empower other people to find their voice, and to move beyond the fear of speaking up.
