You ever have someone always bringing you some bad news or trouble when you didn't ask for it? I mean just volunteering themselves to be the bad news bearer? I think we all have! On this episode we discuss the mental and emotional effects that these people bring over our lives and how to better deal with them. We will go into how important it is to set boundaries when engaging in conversations in order to protect your inner peace.

I discuss how we give people too much credit for how WE feel when a lot of their actions don't even have anything to do with us. It's never personal.
