Everyone has a personal journey of faith, including our children. 

Today we share our story of introducing Jesus to our little girl, easing her through her questions and doubts, and dealing with unexpected challenges which can sometimes occur when you have a blended family. Laugh as you hear the stories of our journey (including that Sunday school "snack"), and pray alongside of us as we lift up all children who are coming to know who Jesus really is and His love for them.

In today's episode, we get raw and vulnerable as we discuss the challenge we've been experiencing of getting pregnant. 

We had always imagined that growing our family was something which would come naturally and quite quickly. Instead, it has evolved into something which has been quite the challenge complete with monitoring and medication. However, through lots of tears and some candid and angry prayers to God, we are discovering that God does give us peace even in the unknown.

It’s no secret that finances can be a topic of heated discussion within many marriages. Just the word “budget” might make some shudder. But we are learning, that talks about money do not need to come with contention.

Saving money and budgeting never came natural for either of us, but this program has really helped us maintain focus on our goals. Finding something to do together wasn't something that came on instantly, but through trial and error, and a ton of prayer, we've come to find serving alongside, and sometimes just in the room together, to be quite the awesome experience!

Also, Kari-Anne shares her thoughts on the book "If You Only Knew" written by Jamie Ivey. This book is a very transparent look into Jamie's life which seeps the redemption of Jesus onto every page.
