We met after Elissa invited me to her retreat Life Lab which was amazing and our friendship grew from there.

Joe is one incredible human, having fought cancer not once but twice is a true inspiration! 

After a challenging upbringing which saw his father in and out of prison and his mother suffering with mental health.  

Whilst his mother was receiving care. His Aunty took him and his younger brother north, to prevent them from going into care. 

It’s here, where he first discovered his love for football! 

Football is an industry and can be an emotional roller coaster, especially as a young boy, after getting signed by Man Utd then later released at the age of 16. He thought his career was over before it started but Joe’s sheer determination got him through and he never give up even when the big C showed up! 

Joe went through two gruelling chemotherapies whilst still managing to play professional football.  

He also made some lifestyle changes going completely plant-based which he is certain was a contributing factor to his quick recovery. 

As well of course the love from his incredible family. 

This is a truly raw and heartfelt conversation where Joe opens up about another devastating experience he is still overcoming.

Joe and his wife tragically lost their baby boy days before the due date recently and his family are as he describes “still trying to find peace in the pain”.

The strength and the courage he and his beautiful family have shown is nothing short of inspirational.

Since retiring from football, Joe is a well recognised, award-winning motivational speaker, where he continues to empower others within sport and business.

This woman has beauty and brains and is my definition of a real-life Wonder Woman! 

Jess is a mother of 5 gorgeous children under 10years old and runs a series of successful businesses. 

Jess is no stranger to tough times which no doubt has made her the woman she is today! 
After separating from her partner of her three girls, knowing she had no choice but to do something to create a future for them she found herself in the TVs apprentice where she began a career within the television industry also appearing on big brother. 

Devastatingly Jess ex sadly passed away and she was left to pick up the pieces, throwing herself into work when something triggered a childhood trauma she had buried deep inside her subconscious, she then had to learn how to heal herself. 

This is when she truly began her journey into realising her spiritual growth, learning alternative therapy and opening her mind to connect with the energy we all possess. 

Jess now teaches others how to access their true potential through mindset coaching and healing therapy.

Sarah was in nursing for 24years. She worked in different areas including V@xx!nes trials.

Whilst working in the trials she was studying naturopathic nutrition, slowly her gut feeling started to get too strong to ignore. 
Things weren’t adding up from the brief narrative she had been taught, so she began researching deeper into V’s. What Sarah uncovered was undeniable evidence that they were not safe, morally she now felt was unable to stay working in a job that she had always believed was to prevent people getting ill, when in fact learnt it was a business not always for the greater health of humanity. Sarah followed her intuition which led her on her own spiritual awakening, leading her health & happiness to improve dramatically as she saw the world through clear eyes.

Manuel's story is probably one of the most heartbreaking yet truly inspirational I have ever heard! What Manuel has overcome in his life no one should have to endure. From a young child being exposed to abuse and abandonment, then surrounded by loss and grief in his teens, the odds were against him! He almost gave up on himself until a miraculous shift occurred within him and he realised he was here for something far greater.   
He has since began a movement so powerful in 2 years its grown massive and is unstoppable. His charity @GetFit4MentalWellness is not only saving lives but changing lives! 

This year The Charity is holding the first of many transformational retreats! 

Manny has also gone onto build an incredible career with the Arnold Sports Festival which is on 2/3 October! And also has launched his own candle company Wellness by Manuel.

Dean is an MMA fighter but is also been a driving force in bringing light onto the corruption in the world.

Danielle runs @ukfreedomkeepers which is a worldwide organisation to help provide a wealth of information regarding  
va££inations. Danielles son was injured through his childhood immunisations and now campaigns tirelessly to help create awareness for others to be able to make fully informed decisions in regards to medical intervention.
