Our WeShred program has two tiers: Daily Support or Weekly Support. To qualify for the weekly support option, you must go through the 21 day daily support program for at least one month/program period. Daily Support (our 21 day program) includes coach calls, texts, tracker support and group calls. Our weekly support is for those who need less accountability and feel confident enough in the program to do it mostly on their own. This option includes 1 coach call a week, tracker support once a week and group calls.

About our Guest:
Caroline Packard is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and a mom of 3, who experienced pelvic floor issues herself that led her down the path of pelvic floor PT personally. As both a patient and professional, when she learned and put into practice some of the simple concepts related to improving the pelvic floor, she was stunned at the lack of mainstream availability in education and information on this topic. When put into practice these teachings can make a major impact on quality of life- BUT if only more women knew about it!
Living that experience, solving her own dysfunction and helping others in the clinic has fueled a passion to spread that message even further. Sharing on social media to bring awareness to issues of pelvic floor dysfunction by teaching women that we can exert control over those ‘embarrassing things’ like leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with intercourse, a belly “pooch” and more. And also to let you know, that you’re not alone in your struggles.
