Over the last couple of years the Windsor Essex Compassionate Care Community has developed to provide supports and connections for our community. Whether it's check ins with some of our most vulneralbe, or virtual sessions being offered from the comfort of your home, the WECCC is all about enriching the community and creating connections. 

In this episode, I'm joined by Joe Perry, a social worker, entertainer and now lead on the WECCC. He shares what it's all about, how to access the service and why connection is more important than ever.
