Our bodies carry us through our everyday lives, and changing the way we speak to and about it can help us shift our mindset to make a truly long-lasting, healthy change.

  • If you let negative thoughts sit there too long, they will stick.
  • Come up with positive affirmations, and surround yourself with them.
