In this episode, I talk to my lifelong friend and co-founder of LYL, Jessica.

During this highly unstructured and mostly off-topic interview, we chat about growing up together, creating LYL, and Jessica's self-love journey. One of the reasons we started LYL was to give people at any stage of their journey a safe space to learn and grow, and given that she and I are in two very different stages (she is just getting introduced to the world of self-love while I've been studying this for a long time), we thought it was so valuable to share some of her perspective as a newcomer so that other newcomers could hopefully relate and feel inspired to keep going, too!
