Many of you have been asking for #meditation videos to help you with various different topics, so I decided to start here with self #compassion and full body relaxation 🧘🏽♀️
Many of you have busy, stressful lives, while others are wanting to learn more about spirituality. Wherever you fall on this spectrum, I have a library of over 200 meditations to assist you.
The #intention of this video is to help you gain a better sense of #appreciation for your body, while helping each of your muscles to relax. 🧘🏽♀️
This meditation is about 25 minutes long, so I suggest sitting in a comfortable seat, or laying down. You can also just listen as you first wake up or before you go to sleep.
