For anyone who has even a little discernment, it should not be difficult to realize that the time is very near for the Lord to return to earth to finalize the last remaining details that have been spelled out in His Prophetic Word of Truth. We are quickly approaching the End of the Age and the Commencement of Eternity’s forever.

And as we draw nearer to the culmination of all that is needed to bring to completion the fulness of all He has promised, there is a demonic universal agenda that is also at work as it moves across every platform of existence on this earth.  It is infiltrating every aspect of life known to man from religion to world government and everything in between that encompasses society and the people who are part of it.

It is imperative that the people of God be made aware that even now the “One World Empire” Scripture tells us will be ruled by the “Man of Lawlessness” during the Tribulation Period is already being finalized, making our mandate as “salt and light” even more critically important; for time is of the essence and just as was the case in the Days of Noah, the door to the Dispensation of Grace is about to close.

In a “Jesus Is Savior” commentary entitled: “Biblical Proof Of A Pretribulation Rapture,” they write that: “God will not allow the Church to go through the Tribulation Period; for it will be a time of atrocities as the world has never known!  In foretelling example, God would not destroy the wicked in Noah’s day until Noah and his family were all safely aboard the ark.  Not one drop of rain fell until Noah and his family were on the ark, and God had shut the door.  Afterwards, the rains fell and the wicked were utterly destroyed.  

The same is true of Lot and his family. In Genesis 19:22, we read the words of the angel sent by God to warn His servant of the destruction which was about to come upon Sodom and Gomorrah: “Hurry, escape there, for I cannot do anything until you arrive there.” And Lot and his family, but for his wife who looked back with regretful longing and was turned into a pillar of salt, escaped to Sichem before the destruction fell.

The angel’s words were spoken just prior to the fire and brimstone which was about to reign down upon the lawless evildoers.  Likewise, the Church will be taken away from this sin-cursed world before the Tribulation judgement comes upon it.

While mockers continue to deny the hope of His Coming, there is a crown of righteousness waiting for those who long for His appearing (2 Timothy 4:8).  And those who are fully trusting in His Word, and His Coming, will not be disappointed.

Even while current events and prophetic signs converge with “last days” and even “last minutes” urgency, many will say that the Coming of the Lord is not going to happen for a very long time using the very same reasoning recorded in the 2 Peter account.  We are reminded of the Apostle’s prophetic words as their fulfillment unfolds right before us.  “Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?  For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.”  

But actually, things are really not the same.  With each generation that has passed since the Church was birthed at Pentecost, God’s Prophetic timeclock has been ticking toward the final hour of the End of the Age. And while there have been signs along the way which indicated progress toward the final things that have already been determined by Him and in Him, He has exhorted us by His Word that when we see the convergence of all things prophesied we would know that the time is very near, and that we are to be ready.

We have truly reached that hour with perhaps only minutes, in the prophetic sense, left before the Lord returns to bring to completion all He has promised by His unadulterated Word of Salvation’s Eternal Life Truth.

Now is the time to awaken – now is the time to be ready!

Some may say that believing or not believing in the taking up of God’s people, before the Tribulation brings unimaginable horror upon this world, is not of great importance because it is the foundational truth of Salvation’s promise that alone matters. 

In reality, however, believing that we will be spared from God’s Holy and Just Wrath upon an unbelieving world is the outflow of His Amazing Grace, and part and parcel with Salvation’s Promise to those who have been ransomed from the penalty of sin’s death through the Precious and Sinless Blood of Jesus our Awesome Savior.

Understanding this Divine premise strengthens the walk of a Believer and also underscores our separateness from the world - with everything we encounter down here becoming clearer, as it is brought into focus through the lens of Holy Spirit Wisdom and Power.  And now, more than ever, do the people of God need this life-line of encouragement for the time is near!

In Part 3 of our current Study “Where Is the Hope of His Coming?” I continue to address the importance of understanding the Scriptural concept of the Rapture of God’s legitimate Church; and then in our next series of messages, I will provide the Scriptural confirmation that Biblically supports that the Rapture is the Pre-Tribulation promise to God’s people who have been redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, and therefore will never come under the Wrath of a Holy God.

The reason I believe that this endeavor will be a worthy undertaking is because as the Prophetic Word of God continues to unfold before our very eyes, many within the Church are truly unaware of how close we really are to the final things the Holy Scriptures have alerted us to with emphasis on the necessity of our being ready.

With the Holy Spirit’s Help, we will continue to seek Him in Truth for the Scriptural answers that reveal the Rapture’s legitimacy, and the nearness of the Lord’s Return.

As we continue to tackle the question of “Where Is the Hope of His Coming?” I will continue to address the very important subject of what has become known as the Rapture of the True Church of Jesus Christ. 

In this effort, we will be taking an in-depth look at the Holy Scriptures with the Holy Spirit’s leading and His correct interpretation which will be revealed by His Word, line upon line, precept upon precept, a little here and a little there. For the unadulterated Word of God bears witness to itself with Scripture confirming Scripture.

As the prophetic Word of Truth unfolds more dramatically with each new day, God’s Holy Remnant is being called back to our “First Love” and the zeal we once had in readiness for His Coming for us with the cry of:

“Maranatha!”

In our last series of messages under the title of “Lucifer’s Illusive Gospel,” I addressed the counterfeiting of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ through such false teachings as the Social Gospel, Hyper-Grace theology, Universalism, and the replacement of man’s desperate need of the Blood Atonement Sacrifice of our glorious Savior with the “Golden Rule” – meaning that man can do enough good works on his own to merit the reward of Heaven.

In continuation of this evidenced apostasy, we are going to address the sorrowful reality that the majority of what is known as the Church of Jesus Christ no longer longs for His Coming and in fact to a great extent doesn’t expect Him to return at all – or at least not for a very long time – and not in the way His Word strongly confirms He will.

As we look to the Holy Spirit, and His correct and inerrant interpretation of God’s Word, we will find that the hope for a Rapture of the Lord’s True Church is a valid one and that there truly is a great probably that we will be the generation to witness it’s gloriously promised fulfillment.

In 1 Corinthians 4:1-4, the Apostle Paul wrote this truth contending declaration: “Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart, but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in trickery nor distorting the Word of God, but by the open proclamation of the truth commending ourselves to every person’s conscience in the sight of God.  And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they will not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”

And in Romans 1:16, Paul once again contends for the unadulterated Word of Salvation’s Truth, where he bravely declares: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.”

Beloved, it is the Holy Spirit’s intention that that same fierce dedication to the Truth of God’s Word and Salvation’s mandate which is confirmed therein, would be renewed in the hearts of His holy offspring; for Lucifer’s counterfeits to the Truth are growing more persuasive, beguiling, and deceptive as the second hand on God’s prophetic timeclock moves closer to midnight.

It is time to expose the lies of Lucifer that are being propagated by his many agents of darkness who disguise themselves as servants of Christ.  For only in knowing the Truth, can mankind be Saved!

There are many worldly components to Lucifer’s impostering of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, but no matter how much they vary in their uniqueness, the reality of the Cross is almost always missing or at least diminished.  And nowhere is this more tragically found than in the modern-day version of Christianity. 

This man-centered adaption of the gospel focuses on the Love, Mercy and Grace of God without the heart wrenching acknowledgement of sin - or the need to repent of those sins. 

It therefore produces a cheapened version of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ - one that insults the Son of God Who shed His Own Holy, Sinless, and Precious Blood on that Cross so that we who deserved to die could live forever with Him in Eternal Life majestic power.

It is time for the people of God to once again contend even more earnestly for the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and the genuine faith that is the pillar upon which it is held.  For truly, the eternal Life or death destiny of every man and woman on earth depends on it!

In Colossians 2:8, it is written: “See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.”

That warning has never been more necessary than it is now; for Lucifer’s Illusive Gospel and the many facets of falsehood that are woven within it is beguiling not only the world, but even more frighteningly has infiltrated the Church.

The Lord Jesus warned that since the world hated Him, they will hate us, but the challenge that is being placed before us in these last days is that as His legitimate offspring and ambassadors of His Light and Truth, will we stand for Jesus and contend for His unadulterated Word of Life at any cost?

As Jesus laid down His Life for us, we will lay down our life for the lost? Will we speak Salvation’s Truth in Love to them even if they revile us?  Only we can answer that question. Eternal Life or death for the ones we are sent to hangs in the balance of our answer. “For how then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him whom they have not heard?  And how are they to hear without a preacher?  Romans 10:14
