In Matthew 24:4, Lord Jesus gave the urgent warning of: “See to it that no one deceives you.” That warning has never been more critical than it is now in this highly charged prophetic hour in which we are now living.

One of the most deadly deceptions that has been unleashed by the enemy is the “Great Ecumenical Delusion” that is operating in much of what is known as the Church of Jesus Christ.

Through efforts that include the rally of “patriotism” many who name themselves “Christian” are joining ranks with people of many faiths for the cause of peace and a better America – without even realizing that they have fallen into the trap of the One World Mystery Religion of the Antichrist.

The Holy Spirit is raising up His Watchmen on the Wall with the call to His
contenders of the true Faith to rise up in His Strength in proclamation of His
unadulterated Word of Truth – unashamedly – and with Holy Spirit conviction. And to shine the Light of that Truth into the darkness of this sin-riddled world all the more brightly – while there is still time to do so.

Without the “Fear of God, mankind cannot come to the true knowledge of Him – and without the true knowledge of Him, that holds the understanding that He is the Almighty One Who holds within His Majesty the power to unleash His Holy Justice upon the sins of the world – in Life or death reality – man cannot know His Mercy, Grace, and Love.

For until a man or woman first “fears” the Lord, they will never come to the life-saving knowledge of their desperate need of His Mercy and Grace – and therefore will never enter into the manifestation of His Perfect and Benevolent Love for them.

The Holy Spirit wisdom we will hope to expound upon in this current Study is – what does it really mean to “fear” the Lord, and how does this holy reverence link mankind to the Perfect Love of God that removes the dread of eternal punishment, and the penalty of sin’s death that we all deserve.

The correct answer to these questions is critically important  - especially now in the time in which we are now living, as the Prophetic Word of Truth dramatically unfolds in the earth and heralds the soon Return of our Savior. 

For we must not forget that there is a spiritual  battle raging over the souls of every man and woman on earth; and as Satan vies for as many victims he can deceive, his counterfeits and deceptions are becoming more sophisticated and cunning. 

And while these demonic and pride-filled tactics continue to have their way, the fear of God is diminishing almost to the point of being virtually non-existent. With the frightening result being that many are entering into a false conversion that is 

completely devoid of the eternal security which is only guaranteed to those who have been “born again” of the Spirit of the One and Only True God of all Creation.

Therefore, this message will be launched upon the springboard of Holy Spirit wisdom that is birthed from within the “Fear of God.”

While we will not be able to cover all the Names of God, for the Wonder and Glory of the Lord God Almighty goes far beyond what our human efforts could ever fully accomplish in revelation of the Magnificent One Who has no beginning or end – we will glean from what His Word has declared about Him. And Who He is by the power of His Name.

Therefore, while it will not be an exhaustive Study, it will  be a worthwhile endeavor on this side of Heaven to mediate on God’s Divine Nature and the Awesome reality of Who our Savior is, until that day when we will fully know Him – as we are fully known (1 Cor. 13:12)

In a commentary written for “Endure” Ministries they write: “As believers, it is important that we learn and study the Names of God as revealed by His Word. In Psalm 9:10, it is written that: “And those who know your name, put their trust in You. For You, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.” 

And while “Jehovah” or “Yahweh” is the most common and important Name for God, there are hundreds more Names for Him in Scripture. Each one describes a particular characteristic or attribute of God. Therefore, they help us to understand more fully His power, wonder, and might. They describe Who He is,  what He does, and how He moves in our lives. 

But most of all, it brings us more fully into worship of Him – the Great I AM – the Mighty and Everlasting God – our Savior, Master, Lord and King!

In Part 3 of “THE GLORIOUS NAMES OF GOD” we will move on with the Names of God and the Majesty and Power that they reveal in glorious revelation of the Great I Am – the One and Only True God of all Creation.

So far, we have gleaned from His Names: “Abba, Jehovah, Jehovah Elohim, Adonai, El Elyon, El Roi, El Shaddai, and Jehovah Jireh. And today, we pick up with Jehovah Rapha. We will then, God willing, move on to Esh Okhlah, Ruach Ha’Emet, and Adonai M’kaddishkem.

As we grow in the true knowledge of our Lord and Savior, we will gain fuller understanding of Who He is, and who we are now in Him, with renewed dedication as His ambassadors of Salvation’s Truth, and fiercer contenders for the true Faith that alone guarantees Eternal Life.

As the world spirals into more chaos with each passing day, and the Prophetic Word of Truth unfolds with dramatic “pay attention” warning, it is important for the people of God to stay in a position of confidence – grounded in His Word and the guaranteed assurance of His Salvation Security.

Knowing the personal names of God provides a deeper understanding of Who our Awesome Savior is, while underscoring His Love, provision, and protection over us.

When we come to the full realization that we are now “one” with the God of all Creation – the Great I AM – the Alpha and the Omega – the One Who is with us and for us – who shall we fear, and of what shall we be afraid!

In the Bible, the word “name” is a translation of the Hebrew word “shem” (in the Old Testament), and the Greek word “onoma” (in the New Testament). Together,

“name” appears more than 1000 times in Scripture, and routinely carries with it the idea of power, responsibility, purpose and authority. A name not only expresses the essence and significance of what is being named – but also when duly authorized – gives access to the superiority it conveys.

It is the desire of God’s heart that we know Him by His Name, even as we are known by Him - with the Scriptures underscoring that desire. In Jeremiah 9:24, we read: “Let him who glories, glory in this – that he understands and knows Me – that I am the Lord Who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.”

In this Study, as the Holy Spirit leads us, we will dig deeply into the GLORIOUS NAMES OF GOD, and how each reveals the wonders and majesty of the One and Only True God of all Creation – the Mighty God Who is our SAVIOR & LORD!

There is a beautiful parallel that is evidenced within the Jewish Wedding Feast, and the betrothal of Jesus with His Bride – which is His true Church.

Within this sacred ritual is held glorious revelations of His Great Love for us – what it cost Him to make us His Own – and the certain reality that He is Coming back  for us to meet us in the sky – in majestic Resurrection power at the Rapture.

And as we await that longed for moment – which by all the prophetic signs unfolding before us – is going to happen very soon – I pray that by way of reminder we will draw more deeply to our First Love – Who first Loved us – and Who chose us before the foundation of the world. (Ephesians 1:4-5) In order that we would be found to be holy and blameless before Him – and readied in Holy Spirit sanctified power.

Faithful is He who calls you – and He also will bring it to pass. (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

With the words of Jesus in Luke 21:28  echoing as prophetic signs unfold all around us - there is no doubt whatsoever that after six millennia, we are standing on the threshold of the fullness of God’s Plan of Salvation and the commencement of Eternity.

We covered many of those signs in our previous segments, and today we’ll add additional warnings in order to awaken those who may be sleeping – or oblivious to how very close we really are.  For eternity faces every man and woman with their destiny being  either with the Father in Heaven – or with  the enemy of man’s soul in Hell. And it is time to awaken to that forever reality. 

“My righteousness is near. My salvation has gone forth. And My arms will judge the people.” Isaiah 51:5
