Changing my life was as simple as changing my thoughts. I challenge you to completely change any negative thoughts you have and see how quickly your life changes for the better. 1. Write 2-3 affirmations in present tense (I am constantly getting compliments) 2. Repeat your affirmations over & over again for 15-20 min twice per day (morning and night) 3. Say them in your head or out loud 4. Completely let go of the affirmations throughout the day! Don’t worry about it! Focus on your life ☺️ 5. I suggest doing this for 3 days or until you “feel” you don’t need to repeat them anymore . Happy manifesting!!!
