Let's talk about the difference between people who love themselves and people who don't. The differences in how the two show up and respond to life is key to identifying what part of the self- love journey you are personally on. In the early stages of learning how to love yourself it's common to feel like the "odd person out" with very few, to little, examples of what a healthy person who actually loves themselves looks and acts like. The main reason for this is because if you haven't been loving yourself, you most likely arent attracting or surrounding yourself with people who loves themselves either. So let's talk about those differences so that we can form an understanding about what real health and self-love actually show up as.
