Loving-kindness "Metta" Meditation: a meditation intended to send unconditional love and compassion to others and to yourself, without expecting anything in return.  During times of strife, division, stress, conflict, or any time you wish to cultivate compassion and loving-kindness within yourself, repeat this meditation often.  

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be at ease.

May you be free of suffering.
