Dr. Zeile's meditation concerns the painful truth that family members, particularly adult children, may reject the faith. In this situation we are invited to imitate Jesus' love for the lost, He who died even for those who would eventually reject Him. Luther's hymn, "A Mighty Fortress" concludes the program with its assertion, "Let these all be gone...the Kingdom ours remaineth!"
