Tim Bryant with One Love Prison Meditation Project.
Tim Bryant, who is the founder and executive director of the one love prison meditation project. He has been unfortunate could conduct hundreds of prison meditation programs in the last 15 years, the first time he volunteered at the Folsom prison in California, he didn't know what to expect, but he was amazed at the love and peace that he felt walking into the prison.
And he did not expect to feel that eventually, he learned why when incarcerated men told him many of us haven't had visitors in years, our families have. This isn't a place where your spiritual well-being, it can be a party, but when someone from the outside comes in and offers their spiritual support to them, it is priceless.
After 14 years of volunteering in prison is see firsthand, the need and positive impact of teaching meditation classes. He has started one love prism meditation. Recently at their weekly class in Macon state prison in Georgia, I discovered that some of their students were Muslim, Christian, and Buddhist still there.
We all were coming together and meditating and experiencing peace and using the practice of meditation to grow emotionally and spiritually. No matter our religion, it was beautiful. We do this work to give them love and support, to meditate so that they may experience healing, and say they may experience the peace and joy of their true selves.

Healing Ground Movement Podcast and Healing Ground Chiropractic Care
Dr. Carly Hudson, D.C. attended the University of the Western States and is a successful chiropractor who has been in practice for over six years. With additional certifications in massage, yoga, and exercise therapy, she helps hundreds of patients recover from injuries, illness, and chronic pain.
Dr. Carly speaks of important philosophical shifts in self-care, including what it takes to move from a focus on disease management to true health care and the practical things we can do for ourselves instead of the constant search for the silver bullet.
As an infant, Dr. Carly suffered a life-threatening illness. She was left with “invisible handicaps” including balance disorders, muscle spasticity, and hearing loss. She had to begin again to learn how her body worked and so began her path of life-long learning and healing. With the gift of this injury, Dr. Carly has spent her life exploring how deliberate self-care impacts our mind, body, and spirit.
