Low Blows

Gerry’s initiation into all the tentpoles of being a Low Blows host continues, as for the first time he steps into the show that YOU control with the return of Ask Low Blows!

On this week’s episode, we answer your questions about whether WrestleMania in Dublin is realistic (stay tuned for a classic Low Blows rant), WWE pay cuts, if the John Cena Classic is ruining the idea of wins/losses, if Michael Jackson is innocent or guilty, why do so many Dave’s like wrestling, what wrestling location would we dock the Hantavirus shop onto and much more.

Plus just three weeks away from WWE Clash in Italy, Gerry & Ger both reveal the special guests they have lined up for the return of Low Blows Live!

It’s the morning after WrestleMania, Gerry & Ger are TIRED from an insane but fun WrestleMania Weekend in Woolshed, but we have a lot to discuss so here is your WrestleMania hangover show!

Gerry & Ger look back on everything that went into an amazing weekend: how did Low Blows end up on Netflix? Why were there so many ad breaks? Did WWE tip their hat to a ‘CM Punk finishes the story’ plan for next WrestleMania in their booking? And what memories will we take away from a great weekend in the Woolshed?

Plus get the latest on the return of Low Blows Live (for the first time since 2017) at our next event for WWE Clash In Italy. Tickets are on sale now here: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/wwe-clash-in-italy-all-day-party-tickets-1986634376900

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us, either attending nights or listening, this WrestleMania cycle. We’re off for a needed break for 3 weeks then back at it again!

WrestleMania 42 is somehow this weekend! Gerry & Ger are back to preview what you can expect, going through the entire card giving their predictions, concerns, theories as well as some reasons to be positive.

They also talk you through everything you need to know ahead of our 11th WrestleMania party in Woolshed, with hugely exciting news we can’t reveal yet, but hint at, our WrestleMania World Cup Final thoughts, and some of their favourite WrestleMania party memories!

Gerry & Ger give their overall thoughts on AI as a technology, some of the funny ways they've seen it in wrestling so far. Then they test out the question many have asked of 'Can AI generate storylines?' by giving ChatGPT an assignment to script a Road to WrestleMania storyline between the two of them do.

As we speed along the Road to WrestleMania, Gerry & Ger are back to look at WWE's 'Messy Mania' season. From their U-turn on watch parties, potentially ripping off Low Blows' marketing to U-turns on main events…is there still reason to be optimistic about WrestleMania 42?

AEW held a 47-hour PPV at the weekend in 'Revolution', which has given Gerry an excuse to rant about why he hates AEW, as he & Ger debate if it's more naked tribalism or an issue with Tony Khan's management?

Plus Gerry discusses Dublin Comic Con, what wrestling promo should have had the mic retracted, Gerry's WrestleMania World Cup quick picks & more!

Gerry & Ger return to break down all things Elimination Chamber: did Orton's win make the Undisputed World Championship match at WrestleMania interesting again? Did they pull the trigger on AJ/Becky too soon? What next for Balor after the loss to Punk? And was there anything redeemable about Danhausen's debut?

After the release of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, they also ask is Game of Thrones cool again in a no-spoiler chat? They ask if we can forgive the ending of the main show and what other series they'd like to see.

Plus a word on WWE banning watch parties, a first-look at our WrestleMania weekend sizzle reel and what would be wthe worst Tourette's tic imaginable in a wrestling context?

It's one of the quieter times in wrestling as we're not quite on the Road to WrestleMania yet, so it's time for us to get to know our new co-host Gerry a bit better. You may think you know him, but you've no idea…

To do this, with Valentine's Day just past, Ger took him through the new popular '36 Questions to Fall in Love' game that's become a trend in the dating scene. Find out Gerry's most embarrassing moment, his dream dinner guest, his greatest accomplishment, what makes a perfect day for him, and a lot of information you probably didn't need to know as well.

Plus what figures from wrestling, past or present, would you least like to see if you worked on Epstein Island?
