As each of us has grown in our own hearts in God, we have experienced fruit between us in our marriage. Here we look at these hopeful improvements.

This is my story of learning that being drained was not only not required for loving people nor for doing good work but that I could stay filled with Love, only giving out of overflow. My energy and heart were restored and the love and good work I was giving multiplied in quality and quantity.

Our mission to support you knowing, growing and guarding your hearts comes from Proverbs 4:23. But we're changing "guard" to "own" based on conversations with you and translations for that verse as "watching over." Ownership guards our hearts best.

When you think of Love do you include anger? Why or why not? We explore how we are to be lovingly angry like God distinguishing between anger and rage.

Our hearts are designed to have love connecting every part of them and working together as a whole like a school of fish or flock of birds. Each part is of equal value and any inequality shows a place in need of Love's intervention.

Seeing ourselves the way Love sees us; believing we truly are who Love says we are is our participation in becoming like Jesus. We already are like Jesus in the Kingdom and we get to participate in the process of becoming.

Once Fear is identified for its true root, now what? Knowing and feeling the fear is the first step but not the transformative one. Next, we bring that part of our heart safely in our seeing God for Who He Is. There we receive Peace in place of the Fear.

Our 1 year anniversary together, dear hearts! And introducing my husband, Jeff, we will identify the ways to find fear in your heart when it doesn't look like fear on the outside.

Love holds all things together (Col.1:17). God is Love and He gives Himself to us to live from, to become fully ourselves. How we live reinforces who we are. Let's practice being Love.
