Lowering the Buck Limit from three to two in West Virginia can be an emotionally driven  and polarizing topic for the hunters of the mountain state.  National and State organizations, like the Quality Deer Management Association and the Local branches of that group (WV QDMA) are supporting the measure. With less than 1% of the hunters filling the third buck tag, is a lower the buck limit going to make a difference?
