It was touch and go for a while if this concept, commonly seen in Japan would actually work in the U.S. When you have no box thinking, creativity and funding, anything can happen. Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue  was founded by Lana Bajsel through her sheer desire to help the most vulnerable animals at risk. Lana is a pioneer in the rescue /adoption landscape and has dedicated  her life to this mission and animal rights.  Donations to GMS, a non profit 3(c) can be made using the link to their website.
