This week has been Mental Health Awareness Week and we wanted to raise awareness for the topic by speaking with James Tetlaw, who is a Help Desk Support Analyst here at LSH. James spends his spare time writing posts on LinkedIn which help to educate others on the importance of Mental Health, looking after yourself and keeping an eye on those around you.

Sophie Wisdom qualified as a solicitor in 2006 worked in private practice until she joined Countrywide Group of companies in 2009. Working with the Residential Property Management team, Sophie transferred to LSH in 2019.
Sophie is an experienced In-House Solicitor, providing commercially considered legal advice and support to the Residential and Commercial Property Management teams at LSH on all aspects of the management of risk and compliance within the division. Sophie works alongside the senior team to ensure that the the framework of risk management is embedded in the day to day activities of the team, and is committed to constant review and improvement of business practices.

Ainslie McLennan is Managing Director and Head of U.K. Balanced Funds at Nuveen.
Ainslie oversees U.K. Balanced Funds and is fund manager of the Janus Henderson U.K. Property PAIF, alongside Marcus Langlands Pearse, for which Nuveen Real Estate is the investment sub-advisor.
Ainslie began her career in 1996 working in the investment department at Ryden Property Consultants in Edinburgh, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1998. In 2002, she joined joined the business and has gained extensive experience running commercial property mandates investing in U.K. and European markets. In 2016, Ainslie was recognised by London publication, City A.M., as one of the city’s 100 most influential women.

She has been involved in the Scottish Property Market for over 19 years and joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2006 as an Associate Director.
