LSU Baseball's magical postseason run comes to an end despite the heroic efforts of senior LSU Pitcher Will Helmers who went 5.2 innings, gave up 2 hits, 2 walks, struck out 4, and gave up no earned runs. LSU Football had a major recruiting weekend that put them in prime position with some of the top defensive lineman in the country, Dilan Battle from Arlington, Texas. LSU also hosted 5-Star CB DJ Pickett from Florida who was accompanied on his visit by LSU legend and Florida native Patrick Peterson. The hires of Bo Davis and Corey Raymond are showing early returns on the investment!
