Listening is extremely important to improve vocabulary and become more confident in your target language. This week I talked about what material is best for each level of the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).

A1= Elementary/Beginner

A2= Pre Intermediate

B1= Intermediate

B2= Upper Intermediate

C1= Advanced

C2= Very Advanced.
