Lua Nova®

Josie wants you to know that your glow begins the moment you choose to show up for yourself. You don't need to fit into any label or trend that social media promotes, whether it's "soft girl," "alpha male," or anything in between. True confidence comes from embracing who you are, on your own terms. The key to manifestation is recognizing that your power lies in authenticity, not in following someone else's blueprint.

All readings are general unless booked privately through the official Lua Nova™ website. I do not perform any spiritual work without consent. By continuing to listen to episodes containing tarot or spiritual content, you are giving and receiving energy with full consent. If you do not consent, you are encouraged to skip that portion of the episode.

By listening, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. You acknowledge that spiritual tools are interpretive and symbolic, and you accept full responsibility for how you apply any insights shared.

The Friday Frequency affirmation and journal prompt episodes were a limited edition of the Lua Nova™ podcast and officially concluded on June 20,2025. The regular episodes of Lua Nova™ will continue every Monday as usual. Affirmation and journal prompt sessions will still appear occasionally as part of the main Monday releases.

Below are the journal prompts and affirmations featured in today's episode. Affirmations:

• With each sunrise, I rise into alignment with the life I am ready to receive.
• I give my desires room to grow, knowing manifestation is sometimes a gentle unfolding.
• I release the urgency of control and become a magnet for aligned experiences.

Journal Prompts:

• What does receiving with ease look and feel like for me this season?
• What signs or synchronicities have been showing up for me lately, and what might they be affirming?
• What patterns or beliefs have blocked my manifestations in the past, and how can I rewrite my story this season?
• What version of myself am I ready to outgrow?

Josie and the Lua Nova™ team are unwavering in their support of the Afro-Latino(a) community, so if you're not part of it, don't speak on it. I admire Josie for  always standing up for her people. This week, she dives into the importance of knowing your history and how it connects to manifestation. Sidenote: There actually is a Friday Frequency episode airing on March 28, 2025.

Fala, gostosos! Santi here. Great news, Josie is booked and busy with an influx of new tarot clients! As a result, Friday Frequency episodes will now be released twice a month instead of every Friday. However, the regular Monday episodes will continue as usual.

Josie was really in her tarot bag today! March is filled with powerful energy shifts, from Mercury Retrograde and Venus Retrograde to a solar eclipse on March 29. In this episode, Josie helps you choose an angel number to gain insight into what lies ahead amid the chaos.

Sidebar, I'm still in shock at how much this reading resonated with me. Josie is just that good!

The angel numbers available for you to choose from today are 111, 414, and 999.

Josie, being the Virgo she is, may have packed her schedule a little too much! So, here's an important update, but don't worry, the Lua Nova podcast and Patreon are staying just as they are.

Josie, Miga, você já sabe que eu sou péssimo com sentimentalismo, but let me try. You are the heart and soul of Lua Nova, and without you, none of this magic would exist. The way you pour your love, wisdom, and power into everything you do? That's inspiring. Thank you for trusting me, for letting me be part of this beautiful community, loving us and for being the badass, bruxa that you are. Te amo, bicha!
