For the first anniversary of the Lua Nova podcast ,I'm still getting over a cold (sigh ) so this isn't what I had in mind but it still somehow is the perfect anniversary episode . In true Afro Latina Regina George form, I'm switching up the average meditation and doing it in a way that is a lot more realistic. So take a moment with me to exhale the bs. The guided meditation starts at about the 15:27 mark.

Disclaimer: at the 19:54 time mark, I want to give a trigger warning . I will be discussing some recent violence in the news here in the U.S. (shocker, it's super dangerous to live here ) In order to reach your highest self, it's sort of a no brainer to pull out your favorite pens and make an outline of what that looks like .

This episode was made when the Lua Report was still an active part of the podcast. Let's look into the watery birth chart of Kali Uchis and discover just why her music is so perfect .
