This week, Dr. Nick and Adam are once again joined by our Garden City Initiative Coordinator and Board Member, Joshua Shankles. The three go over the charter review committee developments then invite Wilson Bowling to the show. Wilson is the new Neighborhood Planner for the City of Lubbock. He breaks down what he views as important in the neighborhood planning process and his hopes for Lubbock moving forward.
