In this episode Emma is joined by Lucia Stafford, Canadian professional middle distance runner for Nike. She most recently ran a Canadian and North American record in the indoor 1000m with a 2:33.75! She talks about her upbringing as an Irish dancer, getting her start in running, dealing with Graves' disease, joining & leaving Bowerman, sticking with her same coach since she was 12, life outside of running and so much more.
