AYO!! Welcome back to Luck Management! I have the distinct pleasure of welcoming a man who embodies and lives Luck Management's core characteristics - please enjoy learning more about ND 88' National Champion Frank Stams to the podcast. Frank fought hard for every accomplishment he has achieved in his life and he was able to capture and seize the moments set before him to become a national champion. He is a man of God and a man of resilience. Frank continues bringing this attitude to everyone he meets and seizes on the moments before him.

Getting back to my roots here with a more traditional and engaging episode pulling back from This Day in History, Fun Facts, Highs of the Week, and core questions that started Luck Management. I am so incredibly proud of this episode and I am so thankful to share it with all of you. AYO!! Welcome back to Luck Management! Okay, it takes a big man to admit when he is wrong, it takes a lot of courage to admit when something did not go his way... And I am that big man. Notre Dame did not beat Ohio State in the National Championship. Congrats to Ohio State....... And all the amazing facts I laid out about their team & OHIO....

I was licking my wounds this week but the future is bright and the Freeman Era is in full swing ready for this next season. We are going to be locking back in and re-loading for the new year. We have tasted the glory and we have made it to the pinnacle, we are not letting this moment slip away and Notre Dame will be back better than ever. I am so incredibly proud of these guys and know the blood, sweat, and tears they put into representing the Irish. They exuded Luck Management all the way through and I am proud of this historic season the Irish put forth. I'll never forget this season and am proud to be Irish. Fight on. As always, keep Living The Luck Management Lifestyle.

AYO! Welcome back to Luck Management!! In Marcus Freeman we Trust. The Notre Dame Football Team Will Beat Penn State on January 9th in the Orange Bowl and advance to the College Football Playoff Championship. Book, believe, internalize, pray, and know it will happen for the boys in Gold and Blue. I am so ready for these leaders to step on the field against Penn State and carry on the tradition of a program destined for greatness. Dynasties are born in this game, statues are built, and legacies are determined on this day. It's God, Country, Notre Dame, Luck Management. There is no luck, there is only the countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears that this team put in day in and day out to get here. I believe in the boys, LFG IRISH.

Predictions: Irish 31 PSU 21. Riley Leonard Anytime TD (+110) & Jadarian Price Anytime TD (+240)

Ayo! Welcome back to Luck Management! What happens when tragedy strikes a beloved city and the spirit of sports offers a beacon of hope? I reflect on the heartbreaking events in New Orleans, where a terrorist attack shook the community and took 15 lives. This somber moment reminds us of the importance of resilience and unity, even in the darkest times. We honor those lost and consider the broader implications on public safety.

With Notre Dame and Georgia ready to face off, the excitement of the game serves as a testament to endurance and community. I break down the strategies and key players to watch, like Jeremiah Love and Riley Leonard, who are poised to shine under the guidance of Coach Marcus Freeman. Leonard's agility and Love's determination are highlighted, painting a picture of a team ready to create their own legacy. Notre Dame will beat UGA -ayo! Keep living the luck Management Lifestyle!

AYO! Welcome back to the luckiest podcast on this great earth, that's Luck Management for you. And boy do we get internal and in the mind of anxiety on this great episode. It is my pleasure to welcome ND Fanatic and Clinical Psychologist Sherry Kelly to explore The Luck Management Lifestyle with her new book "Your Tiger Inside" Now yes, this is a children's book but the principles of turning the question on your emotions from "why" to "what they mean" is a lesson we can all learn from. From Trauma, anxiety, depression, and relinquished feelings, this episode is a deep dive into how you create a stronger emotional capacity. Personally, I loved this episode and found so many cool snippets I will use in my daily life. Proceeds for this book go to the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation.
