We are so excited to hear Skye's perspective on leadership from her time at Prairie View A&M University as an athlete on the court, to her time at Rogers OBrien and WeWork as a Constuction Manager. Eric joins us from New Jersey, where he serves as dad to 2 daughters and Assistant Coach at Rutgers Lacrosse. We dive into his experiences as head coach of Air Force. He shares stories from some of his fromative years as a player in high school, onto college, and on to the professional ranks. We quickly dig into what shaped coach Seremet's core values and philosophies!

Nathan Lenahan joins us from Fort Worth, Texas where he serves as father to 4, husband to his wife Jamie (Jam Master), and COO of Smart City Locating. Nathan opens up about his leadership journey, from his first days in the Army to his transition into Smart City as COO. In his words, "It's about people".
