It’s always wonderful to catch up with an old friend, which is exactly what happens in today’s episode.  Today’s guest is Zali Nash, author of “Enough Already!  How to Lose Weight Once and For All and Reclaim Your Life”. Susie and Zali worked together at World Vision in the early 2000’s and even travelled over to see some projects in Kenya together.  In all their years of marriage, Luke has heard plenty of stories, but never actually met her.  Despite not meeting, Luke brings a change of perspective to Zali on that trip and we hear about how her life since children inspired her book, which is a perfect New Year read.
