Luke Bobilak has a background as an educator, educational leader and high performance basketball coach. Luke has spent much of my early career in the US working with and learning from some of the best teachers in the game. It was during this time where he developed a real passion for TEACHING all things.  Teaching leadership is his passion! In his own words “Not just coaches, leaders across all industries. The work is about finding the gap in capacity, whether that be for individuals or organisations, and then helping to provide the skills, strategies and capacities to plug the gap. The process is about hypothesising, data gathering and then identifying the next level of work, because...the work tells a story.”
