Fucked up nights sleep from falling asleep while reading and then waking up in the early hours of morning with the lamp on and stuff on my bed, and yesterdays podcast not recorded. Not a good feeling at all. Up early after that. Heard the baby out in the living room. It’s easy to get out of bed when there’s a super cute baby around. Mostly sat around the house and did laundry all day, between plays with baby [REDACTED]. Nice warm day. Exercised my nice-guy glands by ordering some food delivery for an acquaintance who has taken unwell with Covid. Listened to the judge’s sentencing remarks from the jussie Smollett case. Sheer poetry. Manna from heaven. Catnip to a centrist. Devilishly delightful. Mwaah..! The final ep of the podcast series Wild Boys made me realise that I’d like to live forever. Actual immortality.
