Luke 12: 35-48

Jesus calls His followers to live alert, faithful, and ready for His return. Using parables of watchful servants and a faithful steward, He teaches that blessing comes to those who remain obedient and diligent while the master is away. Those given greater responsibility will be held to a higher standard, and neglect or abuse of that trust brings judgment. This passage emphasizes readiness, faithfulness, and accountability before God.
