Luke 18:18-30 

A wealthy ruler asks Jesus what he must do to inherit eternal life. Jesus reminds him of the commandments — he claims to have kept them all. Jesus then delivers the gut-punch: "Sell everything you have, give to the poor, and follow Me." The man walks away grieving, because he was very rich.
