With Femke Henzen (Fine Art: Bath Spa Uni) we spoke about her installation and digital media artworks. Through the discussion of some of her specific projects we explored the way the lockdown is affecting her practice and the way our relationship with “the screen” and the digital is currently changing.

In this series of discussions, I will be in conversation with other university students studying creative subjects from different universities around the UK. Together, we will explore how creatives are making artworks in quarantine and more generally the role of Art in this particular context. The hope is to keep our creative community connected, inspire other art students in this communal lockdown, and give people a public space to talk about their work.
