In this live stream, I continue my dialogue about being a sign of contradiction in our times.
In my reading of Matthew chapters 4 and 5, I have discovered the beginnings of a plan that could help us combat the growing confusion that surrounds our society. A society that is plagued with misinformation, noise, and distraction.
Its simpler than you think, and it might just work....
This is going to be part II of a few more videos regarding this subject, as I read through the Gospel of Matthew.

Hope….
We are surrounded by world that is increasingly desperate. A world that has hoped in itself for too long, and is now grasping at straws, attempting to find hope in anything that can distract from our true hope: Jesus Christ.
Join Dan and I as we discuss:
What is true Hope?
Why we need to Hope in Christ over all things.
Why hoping in Christ and His promises, will bring us to a realization that death, and union with Him, is our ultimate Hope!

A quick look on how we, as Catholics, must become a sign of contradiction, in light of the prophesy of Simeon and Christ's Presentation in the temple.
We are finally at it again...!
In this episode, Dan and I discuss what we have been up to, and why we had to take a small Holiday from the podcast.
We also discuss:
The Year of St. Joseph
The Election,
The Four Last Things,
Books we have been reading,
And a whole lot more!

Lumen Patriarcharum, Ora Pro Nobis!
In this episode, I give a basic description of the principle of subsidiarity. A principle that St Joseph used to ensure his family was prepared and ready for what ever was to come.
I discuss the election and the USCCB's reaction to the media's election of Joe Biden, and how we can use the principle of subsidiarity to fight the good fight against this seeming mass confusion within our Church and the world.
If there is one take away from all this, please let it be to pray for our country!
Faith….
The gateway to a life of virtue. The first of the Theological virtues and the most important key to unlocking a life that is rich and pleasing to God.
Join Dan and I as we discuss what it means to have faith, how faith takes us beyond belief, why we need to have increasing faith in our modern world, and much more.

"Effeminacy is a plague, and must be eradicated" reads the back cover of Kennedy Hall's latest book: "Terror of Demons".
This quote is a call to arms for Catholic Men across the world. A call to accept suffering, be willing to do what is hard, and to accept trials without bending of yielding.
On this episode, Kennedy Hall and I discuss:
- The plague of pornography and how it weakens us.
- How porn use destroys our ability to think clearly and to rationalize.
- The difference between a rule of life and a schedule of life.
- How to establish a rule of life, and how it strengthens us against effeminacy.

Whether you have children or not, there is no denying that having them brings about change.
Children have a funny way of giving us opportunities to work on virtue. They help us by showing us how selfish we are. They show us how, no matter what, we are not in control.
These opportunities should have us men rising to the challenge and stepping into the breach! And just as St. Joseph did for his Son, whether we are single or have children, we are called to fidelity with Christ, the most important of the Four Pillars of the Lumen Patriarcharum!
