Meet Jared Ward

Before building Luminous, Jared Ward wasn't just a software CEO, he was a seasoned entrepreneur with a string of successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands under his belt. This hands-on experience gave him a front-row seat to the challenges faced by businesses, especially when the pandemic hit.

It was this frustration with clunky back-end systems that sparked the idea for Luminous.
